Dave has been involved in the music industry for over 24 years and been actively involved as a guitar player since age seven.  Dave graduated from Oregon State University in 1993 with a B.A. in Exercise and Sport Science and  achieved his Masters degree for teaching in 1994.

Throughout the 1990’s Dave worked with Marc at “Sound Quest Studios” in Bend Oregon.  At that time, Dave operated as a studio musician providing guitar tracking and vocal overdubbing for many bands and radio commercials.  It was through this experience that Dave found his love for studio production.

Dave started teaching in 1995 and moved out of the “live” performance venues.  In 1996 Dave created “Bayou Studios”.  Although a very small 8 track recording service, Dave continued to develop his engineering and production skills while creating simple jingles, commercials, and four full production CD’s from a Tascam 688 midistudio.

In 1999, Dave and Marc were brought together again as they routinely performed DJ service for weddings, parties and high school dances.  In 2002, Dave invested in a building that would support a full functioning recording studio.  After months of remodeling by Dave and his father (Bruno Tosi of “Bruno’s Grocery and Pizza”), Studio 7 opened its’ doors.
